Tuesday February 26th, 2008 NHL deadline featured 25 trades for the third consecutive season in a row. This year tied the mark previously set in 2006. After all was said and done, a total of 45 players changed teams and 23 draft picks were swapped.

Trade defenceman Brian Campbell and a 2008 seventh-round draft pick to the San Jose Sharks for forward Steve Bernier and a 2008 first-round pick.
